Yanks Finalize Hawkins Deal

The Yanks and LaTroy Hawkins reportedly agreed to the $3.75 million deal that was on the table earlier this month. He comes to the Bronx after making 62 relief appearances for the Colorado Rockies in 2007, going 2-5 with a 3.42 ERA. It would make sense to assume that Hawkins will fill in the role which Luis Vizcaino held for the Yankees this past season as the setup man. The Yankees still ... [link]
