YANKEES 4 METS 7 Saturday afternoon at the Stadium, the Yankees fell to the Mets, 7-4. Andy Pettitte had a rough 4th inning, giving up 3 runs in the inning, and the bullpen couldn’t hold it together for the Yanks. Andy Pettitte, although having a troubled 4th inning in which he gave up 3 runs, he actually settled down and gave the Yankees 6 innings, allowing only those 3 runs. ... [link]

Yeah, I know. There’s a Subway Series being played this weekend. Yankees vs. Mets. American League vs. National League. New York City bragging rights. Johan Santana sticking it to Hank Steinbrenner and the Yanks, which he did Saturday. I’m supposed to be all fired up. The baseball world is supposed to stop.
