dejuiced.com 8/24/2008 — The University of Virginia has banned signs at all sporting events, effective immediately. The ruling comes after a little problem last season at a Cavaliers football game. A student was almost ejected for bringing a sign that said, “Fire Groh,” in reference to Virginia head football coach Al Groh. Virginia won’t be the last school to take this step. I’m sure others will follow in their footsteps.
