The Nets introduced Yi Jianlian and Bobby Simmons today. Both players were acquired in the Richard Jefferson trade with the Bucks on the afternoon of the draft. So much for the Nets fading into the background after trading Jason Kidd in February. When that trade went down, there was a lot of talk - on radio, television, in the papers and on the beat - that the Nets would no longer matter, anywhere. Well, they do.
