Since I have done the way, way too early Top 25 in college basketball I figured that, as I sit down at my computer after a great Fourth of July, a way too early Top 10 in college football can be done as well.

Gold Rush '08 has been announced for the Illannoy game. Now, I'm not the genius that I appear to be, but I'm not sure how smart it is to have one of your full-scale "Lets get involved" promotions at a neutral site game. Granted, the Illini can't sell tickets to save their lives so it'll be a largely pro-Mizzou crowd, but there will still be Orange in the crowd.
