... system to Dmitri Young ? It comes with a cookbook and meal plan too that I’ve made quite a few recipes out of already that would be great for a diabetic. Even after only doing the first week of the system, I noticed definite improvement (I have also been biking at the same time). I can’t wait to see how improved Mr. Chatter and I are in two or three more months! Willie Harris has been in the opposite of a slump and the rest of the team seems to be following along. As they say, slumps are contagious but so are hitting streaks. What timing to start the contagion than right ...
