MMA Weekly reported today that the UFC recently held  a company-wide meeting with employees and fighters to discuss some of the business-related issues facing the organization. Most likely the departure and miscommunication with Randy Couture was the impetus for the meeting as the UFC doesn’t want to be in that position again with another fighter (I hope Anderson Silva attended).
