I was browsing through some NBA rosters the other day and it struck me that there were a lot of players wasting away on the bench that are of virtually no value whatsoever. They have long proven their lack of worth and really have no reason to be on an NBA team other than their mistakenly given massive contracts or as roster fodder. Surely these roster spots could be given to some young kid ..

  Anthony Carter and his career 39% FG%. There have to be 10 NBDL point guards who could outplay him.

  The Magic never should have awarded Pat Garrity a player option for this season. That's the only reason he's still here...

  Actually, they never should have protected him in the Bobcats expansion draft. They apparently preferred Garrity to Keith Bogans, whom the Bobcats selected.  Um.... what?
