The Cardinals put Mark Mulder on the 15-day disabled list with a shoulder strain. Mulder told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that he couldn't get his arm to work after throwing a pitch and feeling discomfort in Wednesday's first inning against the Phillies. Mulder had to leave the game after throwing 16 pitches. The Cardinals called up Jaime Garcia from Triple-A Memphis to replace Mulder on the ... [link]
