 Zambrano changing colors? Links4
Mark Buehrle still gets heat for wearing a St. Louis Cardinals cap at a World Series game last October, but Carlos Zambrano one-upped Buehrle before Thursday's Cubs game. ... My new favorite player?  Carlos Zambrano.  Seems he has the Chicago media a little rattled as he recently received a gift, a set of red shinguards.  When asked who it was from, Zambrano simply stated, “My next catcher.”  That catcher, Yadier Molina.  Here is the story as it appeared in the Chicago Tribune.  Now this is totally a pipe dream, but can I fantasize about a rotation of Zambrano, Buehrle (who has made it well known he would like to pitch for his hometown Cardinals), Chris Carpenter, and a healthy Mark Mulder.  All it would probably take is around $200 million to sign Zambrano and Buehrle is this market.
