The Nationals announced a rehab schedule for third baseman Ryan Zimmerman during Saturday night's game. Zimmerman will go out to Class A Potomac for games on Monday and Tuesday in Salem, Va., and then join Triple-A Columbus for games from Thursday through Sunday. [link]
