This past weekend was huge for college football and the new C-Index Rankings reflect exactly which conference is best. Michigan's loss to Toledo caused the Big 10 to drop while North Carolina's win over Notre Dame pushed the ACC towards the front of the pack.

Remember this is all about Quality Wins and Bad Losses so if you lose to a top ranked team its not going to kill you, if you lose to Arkansas St. in the opener it will haunt you the entire season.
