Since I hail from Chicago, I tend to be supersensitive to the way that fans can be pigeonholed into a certain stereotype. Yes, some Cubs fans are yuppies who don't pay attention to the game and, yes, two White Sox "fans" once attacked a third-base coach, but the people who paint each side with a giant brush are the some of the laziest and most idiotic people around. With that in mind, I'm a little worried for the Dodger fans I'm lucky to call friends as well as for the type of folks pictured here to the right, the kind who are just happy to be celebrating a big Los Angeles win.
