I suggest 2 more:
The older guy in his late 30/40's who talks about how good he was when he was younger, but sucks rocks right now.
The older guy who's about 50/60 who's pretty good, but plays like it's the NBA finals and kills everyone.

There's also the guy who's clearly the best player on the court, but still does what he can to get his teammates involved, offer encouragement, and help out on defense.
Actually... no there isn't.

They missed too out of shape to actually play to 21 without having to stop 3 times guy. And guy who's taller than everyone but refuses to play down low and settles for jumpers, AKA Mini Mark Blount.
