This song kind of smokes the "NBA on NBC" theme, even in solo violin form. I particularly like the valiant effort to court both the funk demographic (wah-wah guitar intro and interludes) and those of a more folk/country persuasion. NBA All-Star Weekend, which has been given the moniker of "Black Thanksgiving" by one prominent hack, can better be known as the bright spot among professional sports celebrations.
