Unfortunately the luck of the Irish didn't help the Red Sox beat the Cardinals as they lost 5-4, however the scene at Fenway was one to remember before the game. I didn't find a video of the entire celebration, which was unfortunate. And I have to say I was impressed. As the Celtics drove around the field in duck boats it absolutely poured. As expected, the Celtics showed up at Fenway Park on Friday night to celebrate their 2008 NBA Championship. Paul Pierce threw out the first pitch — "juuuuuust a bit outside" — while the rest of the team screamed on. It looked like they really enjoyed themselves.
