As always, The Detroit Pistons 2009-2010 Detroit Pistons Introductions followed by a very heartfelt dedication to Pistons owner and Member of the Basketball Hall of Fame Bill Davidson.
Ben Wallace with a HUGE ovation and being there I can tell you that he had to have felt the love in the building. Ben Gordon, who started in place of the injured Richard Hamilton got a nice ovation, but overall I was impressed by the love for Will Bynum….BYNUMITE.
No Sheed, no post intro dance, that I missed. ...
Game Review:
PistonPowered —
I had to work during the game, but I caught bits and pieces between the live broadcast and the replay later. Combine those with the box score and I have a few observations.
I predicted in the game preview Rodney Stuckey would be more aggressive. And he was to the tune of 21 points, including 12-of-13 from the line. But he shot just 4-of-15 and had a 2-to-3 assist-to-turnover ratio. Russell Westbrook was just 2-of-11 and he had five turnovers, but his team won, and he had 10 assists and a plus-two plus/minus rating (to Stuckey’s negative-10). I think Stuckey is 0-for-1 in his revenge tour.
Ben Wallace continues ...

Sorry for being M.I.A. for the last few days, I've had some other stuff going on. On the bright side, it's given me time to build up a nice stockpile of links for the D4L faithful. And no, Joe D isn't trying to trade me to Portland.
After only getting 6 of a possible 10 points on a west coast road trip the Wings are obviously in trouble, right? Right? Not exactly. That was written before last night's win against some bears playing hockey. As I said at the GHHT, the Wings are going to be fine. I think they are starting to find a groove without Franzen and Filppula in the lineup. [Freep link via ...

Pistons-Bucks Game Wrap
detroitbadboys.com 23 days ago — What Happened
Good question. For the second game in a row, the Pistons were cruising until the second half. The Bucks made some defensive adjustments, but it’s pretty hard to credit defensive adjustments with a 36-14 quarter and 41-14 run overall. Detroit flat out stopped playing ...

Apparently all of us watched the wrong game or… Pistons.com got a bit ahead of themselves. While I’m hoping for the former, the Pistons lost to the Thunder 83-91 in a game that was well-contested until Oklahoma City took over in the 3rd quarter. Without Rip Hamilton and a ...
