We were going to close with a post about the Redskins and Chad Johnson, but we all know that’s junk and we’ll save it for tomorrow. Instead, we offer up video footage of the fierce dunking exhibition (you’re darn right two dunks in a women’s games counts as an ‘exhibition’) high schooler Brittney Griner put on last night. She’s Baylor-bound. You’ll want to lower the volume - no need to hear those Cold Pizza grads prattle on - and enjoy the beautiful sounds of dunking silence. Impressive? Almost as much as Steven Gerrard’s sizzling wife.

Meet Brittney Griner , the 6′8″ sophomore from Houston’s Nimitz High School. See video of her game last night, in which she showed off her dunks . It’s hard to believe that Griner just started playing organized basketball last year, when she was a freshman. At the time, she was 6′0 and played on the JV team. She eventually made her way to the varsity team and averaged 13 points per game and was named first-team all-district honors.
