Al Horford and the Hawks need your help
Published 3/6/2008 at Ball Don't Lie
Al Horford has a special message, cheap hot dogs and a sexy swimsuit calendar to entice all Hawks fans to come down to the arena for this Saturday's 'do-over' game versus the Heat. He's very convincing. "We need the sixth man to get in and get loud ... for about, oh, 52 seconds. Shouldn't take long."

Al Horford Pleads With Fans to Show Up
Published 3/7/2008 by Matt Watson at FanHouse
We've just about beaten coverage of the upcoming Heat-Hawks replay into the ground, but here's Al Horford's appeal to fans to show up early. Why is the team going out of their way to bribe fans with cheap hot dogs and free calendars for a meaningless "game" that might include as little as three possessions? At first I was confused, but then I realized that "highlights" of this unusual replay would be shown on newscasts across the world and it'd be awfully embarrassing for it to occur in a nearly empty arena -- which is exactly what it otherwise would be, considering the Hawks ...

Al Horford Cordially Invites You to ‘The Replay’
Published 3/7/2008 by Marcel Mutoni at SLAM Online
The shortest game in League history, discounted arena food, and a swimsuit calendar featuring the team’s barely-covered up dancers. What’s not to love? Poor Al, though, looks like he’s about to hyperventilate midway through his message. (Via: Yahoo!) ...

Al Horford Could Lead Be Into Battle
Published 3/7/2008 by Awful Announcing- at Awful Announcing
This whole "do-over" game is just getting depressing now. The same players aren't on the team and now the Hawks are putting YouTube clips out there to get fans to show up for the overtime replay.... Wow...settle down there Al. You're going to make me drive to Atlanta and become a Hawks fan. Al Horford and the Hawks need your help (Ball Don't Lie)

Video: Al Horford Needs You
Published 3/7/2008 by Dom Webber at Sports Page Atlanta
Saturday night’s Atlanta Hawks match-up with the Miami Heat marks an historic epic … well, they’re re-playing an extra 51.9 seconds from a December game where the officiating crew and scoring table forgot how to count. Al Horford wants you to get there early.

Al Horford Wants You To Show Up Early For Hawks-Heat Makeup Game
Published 3/7/2008 at FanIQ Blog
Wow, quite the sell. It wasn't even like he was reading off a script or anything. I don't know about you, but I'm jacked for some Atlanta Hawks basketball. That bizarre make-up final 50.9 seconds of the Heat-Hawks game is Saturday night before they play "a brand new game" afterwards. As one of the league's worst teams in attendance, apparently they're getting desperate. I think Horford would have been better served sending this tape to the Miami Heat and reminding them to show up early. That's been quite the obstacle this season.

Al Horford calling all Hawks fans…. Anyone?
Published 3/7/2008 by houroc at SportFiends
If there are any Hawks fans left, Al Horford wants your support.   On March 8th the Hawks and the Heat will be replaying the final overtime seconds between themselves and the Miami Heat from their game back in December.  Now interestingly enough, the reason why this game is being replayed is because Shaquille O’neal was called for his 6th foul when in fact, he only had 5.  Shaq plays for the Suns now though. If they really wanted to replay it, they should fly Shaq in for the makeup game. ...
