Wow. I didn't see Rick Nash's goal against the Coyotes until just now. It looks like the goal of the year so far. What is it about the Coyotes surrending goals of this magnitude. Thursday featured close games, and Friday featured blowouts. One of the wierdest two days on the NHL scoreboard I've ever seen. On Friday: Flames 6 Kings 1 Hurricanes 7 Oilers 2 Sabres 10 Thrashers 1 (and on the AHL front, Providence beat Lowell 7-1) On Thursday: Maple Leafs 3 Bruins 2 (SO) Capitals 5 Oilers 4 (12 round SO) Canadiens 3 Thrashers 2 (SO) Red Wings 3 Canucks 2 (SO) and Blue Jackets 4 Coyotes 3 on the amazing Rick Nash goal (shown below) with 22 seconds left in the game.
