In case the full-on media offensive had not alerted Fabio Capello to the fact that Goldenballs is desperate to win his 100th cap for England, the former England captain has told a number of news agencies today just how desperate he is. Becks speaks to Sky News on this video, and also gives his views on Kevin Keegan and the upcoming commemoration of the Munich air disaster.

Speak of the devil, here we have the man himself chatting about his new Brazilian Beckham Academy, that 100th cap and the England team. Oh, and he plays keepy-up in the surf with shorts so baggy we can see his Armanis. Or…um…so I’m told. I personally didn’t notice. But if that’s all you’re interested in, I’ll give you the All Beckham Keepy-Uppies video, filmed at the same time. Which I, of course, have not watched.

Found another post on ballhype about Beckham opening a soccer academy in Brazil. The video on that post seems to be down but I found the clip where he is juggling a ball on the beach, with no shirt on of course. Check out this post for some funny reading, it sure took me by surprise to see him in Brazil to open an academy. Maybe the really good players get kidnapped, kept out of the sun to reduce their tan and sent to England where they are promptly naturalised and added to the national team? There’s another video below about Beckham opening the academy and his 100th cap for the national squad etc. ...
