NESW Sports, Sports Videos — Masked Man, Frank Matrisciano, Trains Blake Griffen, Video. Blake has been training this way all through college. He laughed at guys whining about the weight room, and now you can see why. Blake’s mantra is “The Competitor to be feared the most is one who never worries about others at all, but goes on making himself better all the time.” You can’t argue with the results.

SPORT'S WITH MR. FACTOID — I really thought the guy concealing his identity was some former mob figure, but it turns out it's just Blake Griffin's trainer. This is an inside look at Blake Griffin's ridiculous workout routine with mysterious trainer Frank Matrisciano. Griffin is the projected #1 overall pick in Thursday's NBA draft, and will likely end up in Clipper land. I sure hope that they(Clippers) don't screw up this kids career. L.A. doesn't have a great track record with top draft picks. Anyone remember Michael Olowokandi?
