Is Bobby Sippio Slow?
Arrowhead Addict | A Kansas City Chiefs Sports Blog — Judging from many of the recent comments, it seems Chiefs fans think wide receiver Bobby Sippio s speed, or lack thereof, was what got him cut. He did run only a 4.69 40 at the combine quite a while back. He s either improved that speed or that was just a bad test, because he s been clocked under 4.4 much more recently. Chiefs coaches even said that they had good times for him during the footage of his workout we saw on Hard Knocks . Watch the footage below and decide for yourself if he s slow. I m sorry, but I just can t get over this. Our commitment to both Jeff Webb and Samie Parker is going to really cost us. It already probably cost us Sippio, and if it hinders Dwayne Bowe s development I m not going to be happy.
