We were a bit surprised to learn that the Flyers had recalled Jesse Boulerice, but given their recent spate of injuries, their need for warm bodies was great and getting greater. We were also a bit surprised to see the fourth liner get playing time less than 5 minutes into the scoreless game, but we weren't at all surprised to see him drop the gloves on that very first shift back from an enormous suspension. And it was a pretty nice battle.
