Tuesday Morning Donuts: Mavs As Stat Leaders
DallasBasketball.com —
[image] Handsome Humphries ... Losing to an exercise ball. ... The Fish videocasts with Brian Cuban ... Two Mavs offensive stats that go together like chocolate and peanut butter ... Your chance to win that FOURPACK to the Mavs-Cavs game … It’s Tuesday Morning Donuts! DONUT 1: Kris Humphries seems to be aware that he’s quickly becoming a fan favorite. “I think the fans and the organization really value second possessions,” says Humphries, who just happens to have a knack for such things. “If you’re in there battling for an offensive-rebound put-back, then the fans really go for that. It’s a nice thing to do.” Mavs fans do like that. They also ...
Cowboys Spoof Cartoon
Cippin on Sports —
I was watching FOX NFL Sunday yesterday and they showed a cartoon spoof on the Dallas Cowboys. It was a little edgy, poking fun at Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo and I’m a bit surprised FOX decided to air it. But it actually was very funny.

FOX pokes fun at Jessica Simpson’s weight during pregame show
The Scores Report - The National Sports Blog —
Somebody has to get fired for his right?
Whether you think it’s funny or not, this crossed the line and I’m shocked FOX actually aired it. If they wanted to poke fun at the Cowboys, they didn’t have to drag Jessica Simpson’s weight into it.
That said, the bit about Phillips is freaking hilarious. They should have stuck with that and left Simpson’s weight out of it.

Burger King Does Not Need Your Business, Cowboy Fans
TheScore.com Blog —
At least that (the title, I mean) is the only possible reason I can imagine for their green-lighting of this cartoon sendup of the 'Boys and letting it run on Fox's Sunday NFL telecast.
Note to BK: I'm pretty sure that for every sports fan who's capable of laughing at himself (or herself), there's (at least) one who'll be enraged by something like this. Funny, but... ballsy. And I'm not sure the first thing you want people to think of when they think Burger King is "balls". ...
Dear Fox, Burger King, NFL, Jessica Simpson And Cowboys: Yes, My Cartoons Are Worth A Whopper
DallasBasketball.com —
[image] The other day I ripped The NFL, Fox and Burger King for that hacky cartoon aired on the network’s Sunday pregame show. I said it wasn’t funny, wasn’t timely and wasn’t well-crafted in any way. I received correspondence from a reader who apparently found humor in the lame Jessica Simpson jokes, the dopey depiction of Cowboys personalities and the amateurish artwork. Wrote the reader: “Fisher, you are a typical over-sensitive Cowboys fan. Don’t criticize (the cartoon) unless you can do better. You think you can do better?’’ Well, Dear Reader and art aficionado. … ...
FOX’s apology to Jessica Simpson and the pregame show hierarchy
Kissing Suzy Kolber —
From L to R: Guy who’s not James Brown, annoying hillbilly, jackass, annoying jackass, dude who
used to be kinda chill but now appears on television with hillbillies and jackasses, and chick
who thinks wearing two belts is going to fool someone.
FOX and Burger King apologized to Jessica Simpson for a cartoon sketch that poked fun at her weight during last Sunday’s “FOX NFL Sunday.” Why Burger King would think it’s a good business decision to mock the overweight is beyond me. Who do they think eats all those Triple Whoppers with cheese (1200 calories)? Poor Jess will ...
FOX NFL Sunday Dallas Cowboys Video!!!
Cowboys Corner —
Where the hell did this come from. FOX trys to be funny but this is just rude. Why rip on Simpson or Romo? Must be slipping in the ratings.
