Alright, I'm back in action.
Solid night in sports with a full NBA schedule and the stunning Sugar Bowl upset (more later). As for the NBA, which I rarely pay attention to besides Derrick Rose, there were some thrilling finishes.

Carmelo Anthony Hits Game Winner, 2.7 Seconds, Video. I have always said that Carmelo is the lesser of the hyped players from the LeBron draft class. If he keeps on draining 3’s with 2.7 seconds left from the corner, I might have to rethink my position. The worst part of this for OKC Thunder fans is that Durant thought he won the game for the home crowd just seconds earlier. I am sure that the game plan was to not let Melo get a good shot. That did not work out too well, did it?
