Video: Chad Johnson Asks Bill Parcells To Bring Him To The Miami Dolphins
Published 1/27/2008 by Chuck at Sportaphile
While mingling in Arizona for Super Bowl week, Chad Johnson is asked by a reporter if he’d be wearing orange and black next season, and in true Chad fashion he gave an interesting answer.
“Maybe [i’ll be wearing] aqua, teal, and white. Parcells call me, stop playin around man..”
At this point we know four things.
1. Chad Johnson definitely wants to leave the Bengals, and he is a Miami native so playing for the lowly Dolphins has significant appeal for him
2. Bill Parcells doesn’t like diva football players, Chad Johnson is definitely a diva football ...
Chad Johnson Wants To Dance For The Tuna

It doesn’t get any clearer than this. After playing in front of his hometown in the final week of the regular season, Bengal star WR Chad Johnson toned down his touchdown celebration antics in the game, perhaps because new Miami Dolphins VP of Football Operations Bill Parcells was watching. It led to speculation that Johnson wants a trade to the Dolphins. Well that speculation has officially ended, as Johnson has made his intentions completely known.

In the post below this one, I talked about the potential of a Chad Johnson trade involving the Dolphins, referring to comments Johnson reportedly made about the Dolphins. And now thanks to "Dolphin305," we got the video evidence: ...
Ocho Cinco: 'Parcells, Call Me Man, Stop Playin' Around, Man'
Published 1/28/2008 by Ryan Wilson at FanHouse
Filed under: Bengals, Dolphins, NFL Fans, NFL RumorsMarvin Lewis says Chad Johnson won't be traded this off-season. Johnson, though, has been pretty vocal in the last month about how he was treated in 2007, and there were even rumors he might end up in Miami. After Lewis made it clear Ocho Cinco would be staying put, it seemingly put an end to the discussion. Until now, anyway. Here's a YouTubes of Mr. Cinco jokingly asking Bill Parcells why he hasn't called yet: Profootballtalk.com speculates that ...

Five quick reasons why Chad Johnson won't get traded to Miami

You have to give Chad Johnson credit. When he wants something, he makes it known... again, and again, and again, and again, and again... The boys at The Phinsider want him. Let's examine things again for those that may have either missed our diatribe or suddenly think there's a chance he'll be traded and why it won't happen. It's an easy list. Bill's T.O-like Reunion? The way Bill Parcells handled Terrell Owens doesn't make me think he wants a egomaniacal player with a history of reported, supported from a certain Dayton ...
Larry And Chad: The Saga Continues
Published 1/31/2008 by Scott at Bucstats.com weblog
Last week (or maybe the week before... I don't re-read old posts. Hell, I don't even spell check the current ones,) I posted something about Chad Johnson probably staying in Cincinnati and Larry Fitzgerald being more likely target for a big Buccaneer wide receiver deal. Now it's looking a little different. Fitzgerald is stating openly that he wants to stay with the Cardinals, which is the first step to him actually doing it. Of course, his current contract is prohibitavely expensive, so he would have to work something out to lower that cap value. How expensive? According to PFT (who, for some reason, removed their ...
Ocho Cinco In The Orange And Aqua?

Chad Johnson's mouth runs as fast, if not faster than his legs. So I don't put much stock in his apparent lobbying to get traded to Miami. The Bengals have sort of fallen apart, and don't look like nearly the threat to take over the AFC North like they did a few years back. Obviously, Johnson has gone through that decline firsthand, and he's looking to get out of Cincy. ...
