Patrick I love the quick quadruple replay about two-thirds of the way through. Sixty percent of the time that's funny every time.

Exick I'm fairly certain that isn't what she meant when she told her friends she was gonna get plowed by the whole team.

Wait Guys! There's Something Wrong With The Banner........Oh No......

I'm not lying when I say I've watched this video about fourteen times already. I was slow in getting it up because I was laughing so hard. Watch as this cheerleader from a highschool in the state of Washington tries to fix her precious little sign right before the team is supposed to run through. ...
THE GREATEST TV NEWS SEGMENT EVER?
Published 10/29/2007 at With Leather
Ahhhh, cheerleaders getting injured. It may be my favorite kind of cheerleader post, right after cheerleaders going into porn. I really have to hand it to whomever edited this clip for the KOMO news team. Video of a high school cheerleader getting wrecked by a stampeding football team is pretty special to begin with, but something about the YouTubesque multi-replay of the initial hit really says "local news Emmy" to me.[Awful Announcing]
High School Cheerleader Gets Injured: Try Not to Laugh
Published 10/29/2007 at FanIQ Blog
Awful Announcing has found the one individual who made a worse decision than Brian Griese this weekend.
Watch as this cheerleader forgets about the whole purpose of the banner and try not to laugh. Didn't work for me.
I do appreciate the KOMO staff for their excellent reporting of this event. Ah yes, cheerleaders are tough.
Cheerleader Stampeded by Auburn High Football Team

An Auburn cheerleader picked the wrong time to get on the business side of the pre-game run-through banner. Much love to the KOMO editor who put in the slo-mo replays.Via With Leather
Not A Strong Football Team

You know your not a very strong football team when you trample your cheerleader and she walks off unhurt. Their run defense must be similar to the New York Jets.Courtesy of With Leather
Red Sox Win World Series ...A-Rod Opts Out Of Contract
Published 10/29/2007 by Mike at Da Great White Hype
-Alex Rodriguez and his agent Scott Boras still managed to grab the spotlight from the Sox during last night's final game of the World Series with the announcement. I thought it was pretty lame of A-Rod to a)not show up for the Hank Aaron award prior to the game starting (which he had some family excuse) then b)to have the announcement released during the game. ...

There aren't really words to properly describe this footage of awesomeness. Sure, she's OK, so we can laugh, but there was a good chance I would be laughing either way.[With Leather]
Way To Fire Up The Troops [Cheerleaders]

It's very possible you've seen this already, but we still think it should start off your day: It's the world most unfortunate cheerleader.
This is what happens when you sign up obsessive compulsive cheerleaders; those banners can never ... quite ... be clean ... enough.

Every blog (via Awful Announcing) and their grandma is posting this clip but it's so good that I don't feel the least bit bad about coming late to the show. It's not everyday you see a homecoming queen cheerleader get trampled and then walk it off and finish the day (I especially enjoy the multiple replays in a row near the end of the clip. The guys in the editing room must've been absolutely losing their shit putting that together).

THE NICKELODEON: CHEERLEADER GETS TRAMPLED - THE FOLLOWUP

So we've all pretty much seen the video of the cheerleader getting trampled while trying to fix the banner that the football players bust through, right? If not, you can check it out after the jump. Now there's has been a follow-up interview shot by CNN. The girl's famous (and hawt)! Her name is Cali Kaltschmidt (seriously) and she is a cheerleader at Auburn High School outside of Seattle. In the video she says it was "really embarrassing" among other things. Yeah, but you're famous now (and hawt)! The next Allison Stokke? ... after the ...
