Tommy Harris Punches Deuce Lutui, Gets Ejected, Video. I do not know how, but it looks like Tommy punched him through the face mask. That takes a little skill. This happened on the 4th play of the game. I am guessing that there is a little history here, or Tommy needs anger management.

Bears defensive lineman Tommie Harris made all the tough guys in the NHL a bit envious yesterday after getting thrown of his team’s game against the Cardinals yesterday before even getting his uniform dirty. He was thrown out on his team’s first defensive series after he punched a prone Arizona guard Deuce Lutui in the face. Harris was promptly ejected, which would have been cool if he could have scored some nachos on the sideline, but I think only quarterbacks can put in food orders during games.
Harris will almost certainly be suspended, which does no favors for the Bears (4-4, 9th in NFC) ...

There has been a lot of discussion about Tommie Harris and his ejection Sunday against the Cardinals. He popped Deuce Lutui in the face, leading to a fairly early ejection from the game (video after the jump). There has been some jabbering about whether Lutui had it coming, but either way, it was certainly a poor decision on the part of Harris. According to the Chicago Tribune, folks are not expecting Harris to be suspended. Apparently, since the ejection was so early in the game, it's more or less a game suspension, and so the league will simply levy a large fine.

Not a lot to say about last week other than it feels good to crush again. The only two incorrect picks for the weekend were very suprising, Stanford destroyed the 7pt favorite Oregon (who wudda thought?) and the packers decided to prove they are actually terrible. Otherwise, things were great - My underdog picks of the week were exciting as the Chargers brought it down to the wire and Cincinnati continues to prove they are a legit team.
