I've already written about Chris Paul and why I like him so much. He may not score 30-plus a game but he has that uncanny ability to win games. When the game gets close, you want your best players to step up and make plays. That's what Chris Paul does, he makes plays, his ability to flat out win games is invaluable. Tonight, as the Blazers were making a run late in the 4th quarter, it was Chris Paul who made the plays that sealed the deal. I don't follow the NBA all that closely until April when players start trying a little harder and games matter, but don't tell that to the Hornets. Playing every possession like it matters, I was astonished to learn the Chris Paul led Hornets are now in 1st place in the West. At 29-12, New Orleans seemingly gets production from everyone, every night. Jannero Pargo even scored 24 points last night in 24 minutes and David West's performance this season is all star worthy.
