The Mighty Quinn Media Machine — Coco Crisp didn't have the greatest career in Boston. He was there for three seasons, and hit 21 home runs. He was brought in to replace Johnny Damon, who took the big money of the Evil Empire after the 2005 season. He got off to a flying start in 2006, but broke a finger in Toronto and missed the next six weeks. He never really got it going that season. It is a pretty good name and all, but not as good as his nickname, which is not eligible for our Great Sports Name Hall of Fame. Hopefully this post will stop all my friends from mentioning him when I ask for good names to add. That being said, I've got a lot of love for Coco Crisp. I'm a huge Red Sox fan, and I know that much of Red Sox Nation didn't like Coco, first for being a mediocre offensive player and second fro taking playing time away from super prospect Jacoby ...
