Fight Video: Ruslan Fedotenko Busts Hand on Colby Armstrong's Beak
Sean Leahy's Going Five Hole — Former Penguin Colby Armstrong was every tonight during the Thrashers 3-1 loss to Pittsburgh. It seemed as if he was involved in every scrum and in on every scoring opportunity. To me, Armstrong was much more visible than the Atlanta goal scorer, Ilya Kovalchuk. Just a minute and a half into the first period, Armstrong hit Ruslan Fedotenko from behind and the Ukrainian took exception. After a brief sizing up period, Fedotenko makes his one punch count. Fedotenko was seen flexing his hand on his way to the penalty box and almost immediately made his way to the Pittsburgh locker room to be examined. He didn't return and his status is unknown at the ...

The Steel City Sports Fan (Penguins Edition) — This scrap was freaking awesome -- seeing Fedotenko throw down with Colby even though it only took one shot - and down he goes!! Everytime I watch it, I have the same reaction -- "OOH, right on the button!" Whitney said Colby has a snout that would hurt anybody's hand!! ...

Two One Punch KOs, A Finger Biting, An Odd Roughing Minor and a Partridge in Pear Tree [The New NHL]We Eat Children
It was a weird night in the NHL last night, Colby Armstrong did a great job of breaking Ruslan Fedotenko’s hand with his face, Matt Walker destroyed Ed Jovanoski with a two-punch-combo, the only problem being that Jovanoski’s hands were on his stick at the time and Ottawa Senators ...

GAME NEWSThe Steel City Sports Fan (Penguins Edition)
