The answer to your question is probably 'no.'

I think Noah is entitled to be beside himself with excitement.  He's on a team that just repeated as NCAA Champions in a major sport at the Division I level.

Other than the ponytail and the lack of a head scar, do you see any difference between Noah's game and Chris Gatling's game?

(hoping and praying the Warriors don't get the 3rd draft pick)

Yeah after watching this last night I was thinking the same thing.

I guess having a pro tenis player for a dad and a former Miss Sweeden for a mother can make you a great ball player - but as far as IQ - not so sure.

Being excited and being a douchebag are two different things.  I respect his basketball skills but his social skills suck.  I can't stand this guy.

My thoughts exactly. The rest of the team was excited and everything, which they were SO obviously entitled to, but all he was talking about was how hard they were going to party all night. Skills or not, that's not exactly the image you want to put out there if you want someone to take you seriously in the draft.

I suspect he will be able to elevate his douchiness in the NBA, when he starts whining about fouls and pouting on the bench.

Lots of jealousy by commenters.  I guess immaturity isn't in short supply by opposing fans.  I guarantee you'd all be whistling a different tune if Noah was on your favorite team.

He was the MOP last year during the Final Four for a reason, and this year while not as dominant, he still was a major contributing factor as to why the Gators won back-to-back championship last night.

Noah has been hearing this ALL season and after what the Gators finished last night, I think they all deserve to party a little bit.

I have to agree with you. He made a fool of himself. Just my opinion, but anyone wanting to go off and play in the NBA and be accessible by press should have to take some sort of class on speech and how to deal with interviews.

You can hate a member of a team without hating the whole team, I hate Noah but I dont hate the Florida program

          its not really that complicated

    Gator haters

I don't think that Jo cares how you feel.  He is well loved by his family, girlfriend, and the gator nation.  He has wonderful friends, and did I forget to add that he is and will be paid.  Jo gets what he wants, when he wants it.  Live with it, and get off is jock.

With the ninth pick, the Chicago Bulls select
Published 6/28/2007 by Rickhouse at Tremendous Upside Potential
... . Noah would seem to make more sense because selecting college stars from successful programs has been John Paxson’s MO since he took over as Bulls’ GM in 2003. He’s had success with it too, as Kirk Hinrich (03), Ben Gordon (04), Luol Deng (04), and Tyrus Thomas (06) were all top seven selections who now compromise the Bulls’ talented nucleus. There are just two problems with Noah, a) there is a good chance he won’t be available for the Bulls’ choice, and b) he really doesn’t fill the Bulls’ biggest need, that of an inside scorer. Oh yeah, and everybody hates him. But who cares about that, that’s not too important right now. I really like Noah a lot, actually. I know he’s never going to be a 20/10 guy, which is what would make the Bulls the favorites in the East right away, but with the ninth pick, it’s nearly impossible to find someone who is. He would contribute from day one, and would give the Bulls a p ...

RECAP: Warriors 119, Bulls 111: I love this team!

Final Boxscore Baron was calm (but certainly not quiet) the entire night To start, I here by proclaim I will forever retire all YaoButtaMing predictions on all YaoButtaMing previews. Being 1 for 2,324 has led me to believe I am bad luck. Thanks, I feel better that I've gotten that off my chest. Let me know what you think I should substitute for my predictions on my previews from now on. Our Golden State Warriors came into last night's game against the Bulls with something to prove after their horrific loss, of which we'll never speak of again! Losing the last 6 games in the United Center they knew they were ...

“We Goin’ do it big!”
Published 5/28/2008 by tips@sportable.com at Sportable, Where Sports are a Lifestyle
Joakim Noah has always said he was “goin’ to do it big” one day. Noah also isn’t shy about letting you know either. Last Sunday, the Bulls rookie was spotted on a sidewalk in Gainsville, Florida with a plastic cup of beer. That’s not all though. Upon arriving at the police station, officers found some marijuana in his pockets. One would like to think Noah would have some type of intelligence after graduating from Florida, but I guess roaming around the university with a beer and a gram are more important. ...
