"There are literally thousands of young black men sitting in a jail cell tonight."

And there are thousands of young white men in jail, too.  What exactly is the point?

Not that I agree with his point, but he was saying that Pacman gets a lot of breaks because he's rich.

I don't understand why he has to be so hateful towards the choice that Jerry Jones has made.  IMHO I think that this is a good choice.  I don't think that this is hurting the reputation of the franchise.  With the turn around T.O has become from a self-centered individual who acts out at the very team he is apart of while in Philly to being a "cry baby" what some would call and passionately defending his team and quarterback.  With that in mind I think it is safe to say the Dallas Cowboy franchise unlike the Raiders will take in "bad" players and turn them in the right direction, thus giving them the ability to play to their full potential.

Pacman knows that he has NO room for slip-ups and for Jerry Jones to pick him up with the mere 4 round trade is priceless.  Jones is no dummy - he has thought this through he knows that Pacman is at a point in his career that there are no more second chances.  Basically he got a 1st round player with proven abilities and an insurance policy to keep his nose clean for a 4th round player.

    Excellent move.

This Man Is Not Happy About Pacman Coming To Town

The best line has to be "Why don't they sign Osama Bin Laden? He's 6'4 and we KNOW no one can catch him!" That is a classic line from Dallas' WFAA sports guy Dale Hansen. ...

Osama Bin Laden Has Great Upside
Published 4/25/2008 at The Sporting Blog
Local Dallas sports anchor Dale Hansen has some thoughts on Pacman coming to town, and they involve Al-Qaeda: Ah yes. Cowboys fans angry at Jerry Jones. As a Redskins fan, that just made my weekend. And speaking of owners completely ruining once proud franchises, I know this all too well. I'm an Orioles fan, and their owner is Peter Angelos. Enough said. (H/T: Deuce of Davenport ...

WFAA Sports Anchor Dale Hansen Compares Pacman Jones to Osama bin Laden
Published 4/25/2008 by Michael David Smith at FanHouse
Filed under: Cowboys, NFL Video, DallasThe Dallas Cowboys recently traded for cornerback Pacman Jones, who is currently suspended by the NFL for a series of off-field incidents That does not sit well with Dallas WFAA Sports Anchor Dale Hansen: (Via Deuce of Davenport) I'm not familiar with Hansen's work, but based on this video clip, I'd have to conclude that he's unhinged. Saying the Cowboys should sign Osama bin Laden was supposed to be funny, I guess, but it wasn't. And Hansen clearly wants to make some kind of point about race, but whatever ...

"Why Don't They Sign Osama Bin Laden? He's 6'4 and We KNOW No One Can Catch Him!"

Guess which city where this was said by a local TV sports guy? It's funny because it's true. Deuce of Davenport provides this video (that appears to be filmed from one of Al-Queda's caves) coming from Dallas station WFAA's Dale Hansen. Hansen, know for regularly berating the Cowboys, is unhappy with the lack of character in Dallas and goes on this slightly exaggerated rant, suggests that Jerry Jones would be better off with the terrorist leader. ...

The city of Dallas isn't showing Pacman the respect he deserves
Published 4/25/2008 at Shutdown Corner
I get that people might be unhappy if their team brings Pacman Jones into the fold, but still, there's a line, you know? This gentleman thinks the Cowboys might as well have signed Osama bin Laden instead of Pacman, which maaaaaay be a bit of a stretch. I don't know. Pacman's a lot of things, but to my knowledge, he's so far stopped short of joining al-Queda or mastermining any mass murders. Also, this guy is okay with murdering Pacman Jones if he attempts to date your daughter. Okay, that last one actually might not be such a bad idea. Still ... ease it back a notch, fella. You're going to give yourself a ...

Dale Hansen to Jerry Jones: Have You No Sense of Decency, Sir?
Published 4/25/2008 by Andrew Thell at Empty the Bench
The Dallas Cowboys have signed troubled cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones. Dale Hansen, the sports anchor for Dallas WFAA, doesn’t take the news so well. In fact, he kinda loses it. Over the course of this three-minutes diatribe he manages to work in McCarthyism, African American men in prison, Osama bin Laden, the rich, white, Southern man and race relations… oh, just watch the clip. PS: Mr. Hansen, please do not in any way construe this post as a threat. Tip of the hat to Deuce of Davenport for the ...

... Day Should Be Saturday continues in his quest to make me laugh myself to death with this gem: the 2008 Oregon lineman calendar. *JUST LEAVE ALREADY! *Poor Tracy McGrady. He’s being paid $19 million this year, over $13 million more than any other player on his team save Yao Ming, and somehow it’s HIS fault his team doesn’t win. And tiny violins all over the world play a sad, sad song. *Yeah, that Pacman Jones thing is going over well in Dallas. *And finally: it’s your childish ...

Dallas Sports Anchor Would Like to See Bin Laden in Cowboys Uniform
Published 4/26/2008 by Anthony Hall at MVN Outsider
This freak-out session from Dallas sports anchor Dale Hansen is simply classic. Hansen seems to be slightly irked by the Cowboys’ acquisition of Pacman Jones, and lambasted Jerry Jones for “reaching a new low” with the signing of Jones. Somehow, he ended up connecting Jones with Osama bin Laden — not sure how he made such a connection, but Hansen does report that bin Laden has excellent quickness and elusiveness. I’ve never heard of Hansen before, but I think I just became a fan. How the hell did he manage to tie Joseph McCarthy, black men in prison and al-Qaeda to the ...
