Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson speaks, appears with Dana White (Video)
MMA Mania —
The former light heavyweight champion appears to be in good spirits in this recent video despite his recent arrest and subsequent legal issues. Jackson indicates that he is already back in the gym with “new trainers,” which means that he has likely split from Juanito Ibarra.
We’re still waiting to hear the specifics from Jackson about his reasons behind the decision; however, it appears that it could be money related.
Regardless check out the video after the jump.

Quinton Jackson: Not crazy
Fightlinker.com » Fightlinker - MMA, UFC, and other funny fight crap —
Quinton Jackson: Not crazy August 7, 2008 – 12:28 pm by fightlinker It’s day three of the Dana White VLog and today he and Quinton Jackson get together (3 min mark) to show everyone how not crazy Quinton is. Rampage specifically says “Delirium is NOT crazy.” So there you go people: that whole driving spree and mental lockdown thing doesn’t mean he IS crazy, he was just delirious. I dunno, when I think Delirious I think of Eddie Murphy in a red leather suit, not Quinton Jackson evading the police in a monster truck and spending the weekend under psych watch. It’s not that I’m not happy to hear that Quinton is back and better, but I’m ...

Rampage Speaks out for the First Time Former UFC light heavyweight champion, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, is taped speaking out publicly for the first time since his July 15th arrest on UFC President Dana White’s video blog. Rampage is in good spirits, and actually appears to be as upbeat as ever. He reiterated that fact that he has not gone “crazy” like many within the MMA community would like to believe. UFC 87 Video: Dana White’s UFC 87 Video Blog w/ Rampage Jackson
Five Ounces of Pain —
Dana White has been doing a video blog in the days leading up to UFC 87 and this is the third installment of that series. Parts one and two can be found here . It’s interesting to note that Rampage is with Dana at around the 3:30 mark and seems to be in very good spirits, even joking about his “delirium.” He says he’s back to training, has new trainers, and is preparing to get back into the Octagon. Perhaps things aren’t as bad as we previously thought? Also, does anyone find it extremely ironic that Dana White is blogging, even if it is in video form? HT: Bloody Elbow
Rampage Jackson Appears With Dana White, Says He's 'Not Crazy'
FanHouse —
Filed under: MMA Videos, UFCUFC is posting videos to YouTube every day this week, documenting President Dana White's preparations for UFC 87. This video is bizarre, to say the least: At about the 3:30 mark, White and Rampage Jackson appear together, seated at a table, joking about Rampage's watch. That is the first Rampage appearance since he was arrested last month after he sideswiped a car and led a police on a chase. Shortly after that arrest he was hospitalized for a mental health evaluation, and this week it was reported that the woman whose car he hit suffered ...
Dana White rails on Tito, Affliction, Huerta and neighbors
Cage Writer —
The UFC's head honcho was in rare form in Minneapolis. He made the bold move of bringing Quinton Jackson to the press conference. This was Rampage's first official appearance and statement publicly. Why was it bold? Don't you think you'd be nervous facing the media for the first time after all that has gone down? Then throw in 2,000 fans in attendance at the Mall of America. If you've watched White's video blogs (8/4, 8/5, 8/6 & 8/7) of his week before UFC 87, you can see that he's a little worn down and sounds a bit sick. The big crowd got him completely fired up. He sat down with ...
UFC 87 Joe Rogan video blog: Jim Brown jokes and Laura Prepon
Cage Writer —
The UFC is making a real push to get its fighters, management and announcers out there on the web. Dana White's six video blogs gave fans and haters a look at what the UFC president's schedule is like during a typical fight week. Now UFC color voice Joe Rogan has hit the net with a video chronicling his week. Most of it pretty lame but Rogan's standup act is included. I laughed my tush off when he did his Jim Brown material (NSFW). Also "not safe for work" is the Kat Williams-like material from some Rogan fans on the street!
Mandy Moore clams up when under the gun
Cage Writer —
It looks like the UFC enjoyed the feedback it got from Dana White's first attempt at a daily video blog the week leading up to a big card. YouTube was fed with six updates before UFC 87 and now UFC 88 is upon us. Dana White is featured here hanging with David Spade and Mandy Moore. Moore is supposedly a real UFC junkie but clammed up a bit when asked for a little hardcore breakdown. It is good to see that she ventures far away from SoCal to see this week's event in Atlanta. Spade and White attended the KISS concert at the Palms in Vegas this past weekend.
