Last night on his Dive of Death show, David Blaine did a bit where he took a couple of punches from street brawler turned EliteXC poster boy Kimbo Slice. If I was Kimbo, I would have asked Blaine to do some real magic and grant me a ground game.

David Blaine is a douche bag "magician" whose "tricks" have included being in a block of ice, standing on a pole, being underwater for almost 9 minutes, and last night where he supposedly hung upside down for 60 hours.
Well in the lead up to him coming down from being upside down then going back up and disappearing, ABC ran a few other "tricks". One of those included being punched in the stomach twice by Kimbo Slice.
Now I am not going to say anything about how good or bad Kimbo is as an MMA fighter, but the dude can definitely throw a punch.

No ruptured spleen. No broken ribs. Not even shortness of breath. Kimbo Slice really walloped magician David Blaine during his ABC television special. The oddball illusionist took the blows in stride. Next up is Babalu cinching on a five minute choke! Ken Shamrock must've be smiling ear to ear. Of course, Shamrock was also knocked out in his last fight against Buzz Berry. So maybe Blaine should be fighting Kimbo on Oct. 4.
