Not that this should come as a surprise to anyone in at least the Western Hemisphere, but Jessica Simpson’s appearance on David Letterman produced the usual Tony Romo chatter (complete with a gaffe concerning the Dallas Cowboys QB’s ability to “perform well”), eye-rolling the-media-picks-on-me stuff, and goofy “Did she just say that . . .like that?” things coming out of her mouth.
