In case you weren't convinced Dwight Howard(notes) is one of the most incredible athletes in the world today, here's some new moving pictures proof. Note the ease with which the Orlando Magic center flings — and swishes — the ball from the bench sitting down. That is unreal strength. Dude might as well shoot free throws in a lotus position. Sure couldn't hurt. Oh, yeah, I guess that second shot from half-court is OK, too.

Since when is it the norm for superstar NBA players to take a ton of trick shots before game? I feel like Lebron started this dumb shit, and Howard is doing his best to keep it going. It’s fun and all to try to make some trick shots and have the fans oooh and aaah while the ball flies toward the rim from beyond half court, but you do you know who doesn’t try trick shots? Winners.
