Emmitt Gets His Pregame Groove On
AwfulAnnouncing — A few people mentioned that Emmitt Smith was rocking out on-air not knowing he was on camera, and thanks to BSO, we have the video. Here's Emmitt rapping along with "Put On" by Young Jeezy and Kanye West (thanks to JTom for the song recognition).... Hahaha. I love the look after he realizes he just got caught. Too funny. Emmitt Smith: Either Rapping, or Practicing His Game with the Ladies
The Big Lead — ESPN has done a solid job hiding Emmitt Smith in its NFL coverage this year, kind of the same way a basketball coach will go to zone to prevent a weak link from getting exposed. But the bloggers see all. If the lyrics were tame, like, “Can’t touch this,” then ESPN suits would probably be chuckling in the corner offices … but “still owe me sex?”

Deadspin — • Boys will be boys: Emmitt Smith gets caught mouthing the line "women still owe me sex" during live MNF analysis intro. Maybe it's an articulation exercise the producers have him do before he goes on air? [Black Sports Online] • The perils of golfing: Seven ridiculous ways people have died on the golf course. Here's one: "Edward Harrison of Kenmore, WA was playing a round at the Inglewood Country Club when the shaft of his driver broke and pierced his groin. He staggered 100 yards before bleeding to death." Yeesh. [Rumors and Rants] • ...

Emmitt Smith loves himself some Young Jeezy and Kanye West
Sports Crackle Pop — This is just too funny. BlackSportsOnline has video of Emmitt Smith unknowingly on the air mouthing the line, “Still owe me sex” from Young Jeezy’s “Put On.” You know that the Superbowl and Dancing With the Stars champion wasn’t paying any attention to what Stuart Scott was saying as he was still vibing along to Kanye’s rhymes. All ESPN has to do now is give us more Emmitt and we will all be happy.

Emmitt Smith Is A Fan Of Young Jeezy And Kanye West

Emmitt Smith still adjusting to the miracle of live TV cameras
Shutdown Corner — Hey, everyone likes to rap along to the Young Jeezy songs being pumped through the stadium during the pregame warmups. But not everyone has a job on live TV, where it might be a bad idea to let people see you mouthing the words, "...still owe me sex." ...

Someone Tell Emmitt Smith He's on Live TV
FanHouse — Filed under: NFL Media Watch, NFL VideoEmmitt Smith's struggles with this television thing have been well-documented. He is quite awkward in front of the camera, makes up words that don't exist, and we learned Monday night that he may also have issues with focus. It's odd, really, that someone who played a tough game at such a high level would have a problem focusing. But is there really any other explanation for this? So now a national television audience is fully aware that someone out there owes Emmitt Smith sex. We don't know who it is, or how the debt was ...

Stampede Blue — Emmit Smith continues to embarrass ESPN, this time by not realizing he was live and continuing to lip sync to the PA system through a line that I doubt Disney approves of. (Via PFT, through Fanhouse)

Football Today -- Belichick shows his softer side; Al Davis shows his fire
Projo Pats Blog — A LESSON IN STRENGTH: Bill Belichick spoke to children at the fancy new movie theater at Patriot Place before a showing of "The Express," the soon-to-be-released movie about Ernie Davis, the first black player to win the Heisman Trophy. (Boston.com) Davis was diagnosed with leukemia as a young man, cutting short his promising career, a story that Belichick used to put his own team's struggles into perspective: "Every year there is always something that happens that is a little bit of a setback, but the great teams, the great players, the great people in life overcome those things. "They find a way to work through it. ... "We've had an injury on our team, to ...

Emmitt Struggles
F Juice.com — Emmitt Smith got caught.  Like you picking your nose in the car while driving to work, Emmitt didn’t realize the cameras were rolling as he sang out a line from Young Jeezy’s song, Put On, more specifically the line “Still owe me sex”.   Watch it and learn.   ShareThis

Adam Jones: Regular Like You In Your Bowel Moving Prime
Deuce of Davenport | Sports News, Commentary, Humor, Videos — Well that didn't take long. What can be said about the one they call Pacman this time? At least he didn't get into it at the strip club? I suppose that's a start. Pacman could be in some trouble unless the Cowboys cover up his latest altercation Michael Irvin-style. CBS11 in Dallas and Pro Football Talk report that Pacman was involved in a scrap at a Dallas hotel. The Dallas station calls the Tuesday night incident a "violent confrontation". Allegedly it was between Pacman and a member of his security detail. Sources say police were called after Jones argued with one of his own bodyguards. By the time ...

Emmitt Smith and ESPN part ways, ESPN still owes him sex
Outside the Boxscore — I think it is safe to say that Emmitt Smith was a better football player than he was an ESPN NFL analyst. Very sadly though, Emmitt has been left go by ESPN which was first reported by Mike Florio of PFT. Emmitt was mostly known as an ESPN analyst who had trouble finding his words and even sometimes making up words. However, he did provide some solid analysis and his legacy as being the all-time rushing king helped his cause of being hired. Good luck to Emmitt wherever he ends up. However, my favorite moment is still have mouthing the words to the Young Jeezy song "Put On." I ...
