The players want to fight over this even! Now it is not fun having to wait 5 days for your team to play a game. Nothing like killing a team's momentum with a glorified vacation. Holidays and Olympic Breaks are one thing but to be in November and this kind of shenanigans still happens just ticks me off. It really is unacceptable. The hard part is seeing so many teams have to go through this and for some it will happen later. The bottom line is everyone knows the NHL season is too long.
