Discussions on building a new stadium between the city of Houston and the Dynamo soccer team took a wicked turn yesterday when the cities Mayor told the public about a letter he had seen from MLS honcho Donald B Garber to the team encouraging them to put more pressure on the city to try and get a financial deal done.
