O’s deny Bedard deal in place (Baltimore Sun) On Sunday, The Seattle Times reported that the Mariners and the O’s were close to finalizing a trade for lefty Erik Bedard. Now comes word from The Baltimore Sun that the Orioles are denying that a deal is done. Also, Bedard’s agent told The Sun’s Jeff Zrebiec that he hasn’t been notified of such a transaction.

Shaun White saves the day for the USofA and wins the superpipe finals with a massive back-to-back ketchup routine! The man who just signed a 10 years and $$$ contract with Burton, killed the pipe and scored a impressive 96.6 in his third and last run. Kevin Pearce finished third behind Ryoh Aono , but he’s really the most impressive rider of these X Games and most consistent overall shredder having finished on the podium in all 3 snowboard freestyle events.
