fastbreakblog +1KG is awesome on and off the court. He is a class act. I hope he gets a ring one of these years--he deserves it. What he has done in Boston is remarkable.-
Odenized KG is like the Backstreet Boys to me.-

NBA Wrap: Rockets streak ended, Nuggets get romped by the Pistons, Lakers one shot away from losing

Celtics 94 - Rockets 74
If your gonna lose to anyone, it might as well be the best team in the league. Kevin Garnett lead the way for the Celtics in their late second half push with 22 points. The Celtics outscored the Rockets 32-16 the third quarter and didn’t look back, beating the Rockets 94-74.
The Rockets 22 game win streak was snapped with this loss. This was their first loss in nearly two months when they lost to the Jazz at home on January 27th.
The Celtics did a good job of stopping Tracy McGrady in this one. T-mac started out with 6 points in the first quarter but had just 2 points for the rest ...
NBA On TNT Notes: The Boston Celtics Stop The Houston Rockets’ 22 Game Winning Streak

(AP Photo/Bob Levey) Boston got up for last night, Houston didn’t Barkley on the historical significance of the Houston Rockets’ 22-game winning streak: “I’ve been in the NBA since 1984. The Rockets streak is the second best thing I’ve ever seen. When the Bulls won 70 games (I thought) there’s no NBA team that can win 70 games. But to win 20 games, and (the Rockets) have won 22 games, this is remarkable and I’m going to enjoy it.” TNT analyst Doug Collins weighed in with the studio crew on the Celtics/Rockets match-up. Collins on the Rockets persevering following Yao Ming’s season ending injury: “When (the Rockets) lost Yao Ming it was doom and gloom. Were they ...

I was going to say that this was a response to what muck-up wrote but it's really more of a piling on. Taylor who never has the balls to rip anyone in his organization while they're here, once again showed he's a spineless pussy. He has yet to hold anyone who is actually at fault to any accountability. He either gets rid of the wrong guy (see: Flip Saunders & Dwayne Casey) or waits till the person leaves the club to rip them (see: again Flip Saunders and Garnett). (hat tip for the image: 10000takes) I don't know what he was expecting to accomplish by opening his mouth this time, but fortunately Garnett didn't ...
KG Ignores Glen Taylor, Lets Game Do The Talking
Published 3/20/2008 by Anthony Hall at MVN Outsider
As you may have seen yesterday, the owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Glen Taylor, claimed that Kevin Garnett was “tanking” during the latter parts of last season. Click the link to see my take on that story…basically, for a variety of reasons, Taylor is sorely lacking in the “credibility” department and simply made a fool out of himself by opening his trap about KG.
Anyways, the media was obviously anxious to hear KG’s take on the matter, and sure enough, David Aldridge had the chance to chat with The Big Ticket after the Celtics ended Houston’s 22-game winning streak Tuesday night. Take a look: ...
