Down Go The Buckeyes
Published 11/11/2007 by Awful Announcing- at Awful Announcing
Looking ahead perhaps? I guess so. The #1 Buckeyes got basically worked by Juice Williams and Ron Zook's offense, and more than likely cost themselves a spot in the National Title Game.... Hey, at least they were good sports about it! You stay classy Columbus.

THE BUCKEYES SHOW GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP
Published 11/11/2007 by More Credible at More Credible - A Sports Blog with no shame (or standards).
Did anyone else get that feeling of elation after watching Ron Zook and Juice Williams take down the #1 Fraud Ohio State last night? I'm going to take a stab and say most of my readers are pretty damn stoked. Rejoice! And enjoy the fight! More on this Sunday...

Joe Glenn-Kyle Whittingham Fued, Ohio State Headline Sportsmanship Saturday
Published 11/12/2007 at FanIQ Blog
A team resorting to fighting after a tough loss is lame, but coaches jabbing at each other from across the field isn't. Quite the day in sportsmanship Saturday with Joe Glenn-Kyle Whittingham and Ohio State-Illinois leading the way. As I'm catching up on the Saturday that was in college football this Utah-Wyoming game offered one of many highlights. Wyoming coach Joe Glenn guaranteed a victory against Utah earlier in the week. What happened? A 50-0 pasting by the Utes. If you're going to make that kind of statement, at least score a point. But it was how the Utes got to ...

Ohio State Loses With Dignity, and by "Dignity" We Mean "Midfield Brawl"
Published 11/12/2007 by Brian Cook at FanHouse
Filed under: Ohio State Football, Big 10, NCAA FB Video, Illinois FootballOhio State hasn't lost at home in forever, so they're not used to the feeling. Illinois hasn't beaten the #1 team in the country since 1956, so they're not used to the feeling, either. Combine that and a typical level of Zookian discipline and class and you get a midfield brawl spurred by the Illini jumping up and down at midfield, where the sacred "O" thing is: Amongst the guys throwing for the Buckeyes down are key starters Brian Robiskie and Malcolm Jenkins. The Big ...

No Sanctions Yet For Brawl
Published 11/15/2007 by Mark at Eleven Warriors
I pity da fool who dances on my O! Coach Tressel mentioned on Tuesday that no sanctions had been handed down by the Big Ten for the brawl this past Saturday. As you may recall, Illinois and Ohio State players got into a shoving match on the block O in the middle of field immediately after the game. ...

Refs Fumble Another One
Published 11/15/2007 by dawizofodds at The Wizard of Odds
It has been bash the refs week in this corner of cyberspace, so at this point, why not get called for piling on? Check out this no-call on a clear fumble in the Illinois-Ohio State game. The Fighting Illini tied the score on the next play, and Buckeye fans are livid, saying this miss could have cost Ohio State a shot at the Bowl Championship Series title game. The Wiz is beginning to wonder if on-field officials are becoming hesitant to make calls, believing the replay booth will bail them out. In this case, it didn't happen. And in a sign of good sportsmanship, the Illini and ...
