Antawn Jamison got kicked in the balls
The Postmen // A Sports Blog // Chicago, IL. — Courtesy of our guy MW over at Detroit Bad Boys (who seems to love our nut shot vids just as much as we do), here’s Antawn Jamison getting kicked in the nuts. At first you are kind of like: “Meh, what happened here? Sort of lame.” But when the replay is shown and the announcers let out the “Whooooo!” … you know this is just another unfortunate, yet hilarious nut shot. The world, it still rotates on its axis.

"That Was A Bullseye!"
AwfulAnnouncing — While the Cavs were busy cheating to beat the 76ers last night the Wizards were trying putting together one last gasp for the fourth spot in the East. Now nut shots in the NBA are pretty common, but getting "field goaled" while trying for a layup is something else. Just wait for the replay.... ...

Reading is Great! Tuesday’s NBA Links
Empty the Bench — ... - MVN Outsider - Speaking of the Warriors, they probably don’t want to read this. - 20 Second Timeout - It’s postseason award time: here’s another writer’s picks. - Boston Sportz - A well-thought out case for Kevin Garnett as Most Valuable Player. - Flickr - There are more “homer announcers” in the West than in the East. - BallHype - Danny Granger won’t be getting a Christmas card from Antawn Jamison. - ...

OUCH
With Leather - Sports news and gossip, panda sex, and the occasional Toonces the driving cat Photoshop — Danny Granger scored a direct hit on Antawn Jamison's testicles last night, and the resulting nut shot isn't half as entertaining as the announcers' reactions, which include laughter followed by "That's not a laughing matter, actually," a perfectly in-unison "OOOOOHHH!" and the shattering insight of "That was a BULLS-EYE!" Really, the only thing missing is, "And now let's go courtside to sideline reporter Nelson Muntz for his take.  Nelson?"  [The Postmen]

If You Can't Block the Shot You Could Always...
SimonOnSports — ...Give the opposing player a jump kick to the nuts. Grutt you better watch out for this move next time you try and take a jump shot near the lane.

Down Goes Jamison
D.C. Sports Bog — Down Goes Jamison Sometimes, Steve Buckhantz goes with "Dagger." Other times, he chooses "Bulls-eye." I much prefer "Dagger" to "Bulls-eye," in this context. Via Ballhype , and if there's a better duo in the NBA at discussing potentially debilitating and yet potentially amusing private part injuries, I've yet to meet 'em. He Got Hit In The Balls
Sports Blog - football, basketball, and baseball — This is a video of last night’s Wizards/Pacers no-playoffs-for-you-Indiana game, and there was a rather scary moment for one Antawn Jamison’s boys. He takes one right in the balls, and there’s that always-awkward moment where the commentators are trying to figure out how to best put it. “It looked like he maybe got hit in the groin or in the stomach. . . oh, he took it where it hurts.” So fifth grade. He took a shot in the balls. His stomach now hurts like shit. Just say it.

NUT SHOTS IN SPORTS
Epic Carnival — by Mac G, Mac G's World The past few days in the sports world have seen two wicked nut shots on sports players. Wizards Antwan Jamison's family jewels were pinged by the Pacers Danny Granger during their game on Monday night. More severe than Jamison's low blow was Flyers left winger Patrick Thoresen taking a puck in the nuts, which shattered his cup and almost left him as an uniball. While blocking a shot Friday in Game 1, the Flyers' forward took a puck to the groin and nearly lost one of his testicles. My ...

Playoff Time!
Bob's Blog - Live from Lewisville — I am very pleased the Mavericks got a win last night in the 82nd game, bagged the 51st win of the year, and thus lined up the Hornets for 7 games starting Saturday night in New Orleans. However, it did feel weird to have my guy Dirk admit in bold print below that he desperately wanted to avoid Kobe. I mean, I agree with him, but bro, don’t admit it in public. It kinda sounds “soft”. Dirk with some fairly non-William Wallace like quotes in this Mark Stein report … Ask yourself: Who finished the regular season with a fancier, happier flourish than Dallas? With a 111-98 victory ...

Cavaliers–Wizards Mediocre Preview Extravaganza (Or: The Pre-Season of the Post-Season!)
Mistake by the Lake Sporting Times — Anyone who thinks that a preview should be published before the series actually starts obviously doesn't write for this blog. Though, in light of the fact that Game 1 is over and done and that the first round is a mere formality anyway, I'm going to keep this brief. If you'd like something a bit more satisfying about the Cavaliers' play, read Corey's "Regular Season in Review." ...

Pollin': Play of the Year
Bullets Forever — The Wizards might not produce the number of highlights that you'd see with teams like Phoenix and Denver and Golden State, but there were still a lot of great plays from this season from several different players Which one stands out above the rest?  After the jump, a better look at each of the top play candidates... ...

The NBA versus Male Genitals
Basketbawful — I once posted a list of the basic staples of American comedy, the gimmicks that are always used for (and seem to always get) a cheap laugh. These include (but are not limited to): 1. Monkeys 2. Midgets 3. Fat people 4. Farts and/or poop 5. The Amish 6. Men dressed as women 7. A man getting punched/kicked/shot/etc. in the nuts 8. White people attempting to act like black people 9. Old people trying to behave all young and hip 10. Some random ...

December 22: This happened (we lost) April 14: This happened (but we still won!  Unfortunately, Jamison was never the same.) Antawn Jamison is no Wizard of NutkicksEBSports Blog
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebItw0Gpm50 Late last night, in the middle of the Pacers/Wizards game, Danny Granger took it upon himself to annihilate Antawn Jamison’s nuts, in a elite force level. I wont bother to explain it to you, as, well, you can see the evidence in the video. I’m guessing it hurt, since Jamison collapsed as if he just got [...]
