Those of us hoping for a reprise of the Flyers' third period four-goal comeback over the Hurricanes didn't quite get it last night. The Blackhawks started scoring early, and the Flyers just couldn't keep up with them on the ice. 5 on 5's looked like power plays, and the actual Hawks' power plays weren't any better.

There was a post over at Japers' Rink last week detailing the Capitals' top 10 fights from the last few years. J.P. went and searched around hockeyfights.com and used their rankings to determine which ones were the best. I thought it was a cool idea, and considering the Flyers lead the league in fights this season, I decided to do a similar post.
I didn't put two and two together though and realize that we have a ton of fights compared to just about everybody else. I had to expand the list a bit. I also figured that, what the hell.. So I'm sure a lot of you are pretty angry about how horribly the Hawks played on Saturday. If I hadn't numbed myself with booze I'd probably still be really upset too. And there's really only one way to get over your feelings of frustration.. watch two men repeatedly punch each other in face. They fight so we don't have to - and because we're complete pansies compared to them.
