  I think that referees should be made responsible for erroneous and "temper" driven decisions.  Especially if they are in their first year of officiating.

  I saw this site where the referees are evaluated, I think everyone should mark this Brian Forte some negative marks, so he can learn how to control his temper.

  I'm curious: was Jordan ever ejected? Maybe this is Kobe's way of distinguishing himself as a "bad boy" in the league.

I'm convinced MLB managers have at various times planned an early dinner and made sure to say the magic words when arguing the very first possible call in question. That becomes a little more difficult in the NBA, particularly if you're a player. The reason I bring this up is because you've got to wonder what Kobe Bryant had in mind last night, getting his first ever ejection with the Lakers up 30 points midway through the 3rd quarter. Was he really that interested to see who won best picture (No Country For Old Men = Phoenix Suns) and best supporting actor (Pau Gasol)?

Ok so during last nights game against the Sonics, Kobe Bryant had 21 points and 10 assists in about 2 and half quarters when he was ejected by referee Joe Forte.  This was the first time that Kobe has ever been ejected from a game.  Either Kobe got a little more crunk than he ever has before or Joe Forte doesn’t know the unwritten rule that superstars can do or say whatever they want and not get kicked out.
