Here's about four minutes of actual gameplay footage from EA Sports Madden 09: Two things I love: 1) That the camera adjusts to keep all the receivers in frame at all times. I'm tired of throwing out patterns that require me to guess. 2) One of the endzone dances they incorporated was Soula Boy's Crank That Superman thing. That's cutting edge, right there.

Shutdown Corner has a few minutes of gameplay footage from the upcoming Madden '09 that is set, of course, to one of the tracks from "The Power and the Glory". Seriously, the game has a large soundtrack. Spare us the heavy orchestration. Anyway, the game looks like the tits and I'll be one of the unclean mongoloids robbing the geeks who wait in line outside the store for six hours before it comes out in August. This clip from With Leather via Shutdown Corner gives us our first look at gameplay on Madden 2009, and while it looks awesome, there's one problem.....Randy Moss is unstoppable. The video is long and you can watch a whole Giants possession, but if you get bored skip to the 3:30 mark. So Randy Moss can go uncovered on a WR Screen and then outrun an entire Giants' defense? I can’t wait until Madden comes out.  If your anything like me, you love kicking peoples asses in Madden but you just hope that your Quarterback is never featured on the cover of Madden.  The Madden curse is real. And is it turns out, with a two-year deal expiring, MVP 07 NCAA Baseball will be the last. Is it too early to start getting hyped for Madden 09? Personally, I usually buy the game a month after it’s out. I wait until the starting rosters are up for download, which allows you to start a season with as close to the real roster as you can get. However, I am already starting to get a little excited after seeing this video. This video hit the net last week and is the first extended preview of the game. The video features highlights of a Patriots-Giants game in what looks to be the PS3 version. The graphics are phenomenal and the play looks fantastic.
