As was noted in the link dump, Paul Hornung is all for the NFL players of today spending more of their time getting laid. As this video from Deuce of Davenport shows, the rest of their time should go to laying out retired coaches, as the former Packer great does to Mike Ditka during a roast honoring Iron Mike. This after Ditka manages to topple over his own table getting up to go to the podium, so you can say he had it coming. You can also say Hornung should've kicked him while he was down. Paul Hornung is a sensitive and gentle man. When his friend Mike Ditka makes a faux pas at a roast and accidentally knocks a table over, Hornung steps in and does what any good friend would do. He shoves Ditka off the other side of the stage. Kudos to Deuce of Davenport for digging up this beauty. And kudos to Paul Hornung for being an outspoken proponent of not only sex, but violence.

I've never been to a celebrity roast for anyone but I like to think this happens every time. Paul Hornung takes the stage and welcomes the roastee to the rostrum, roastee is wasted, knocks over his own table when standing, and then crumbles to the ground when shoved by Hornung. I laughed so hard I cried. Seriously. How this took so long to make it to the internet I'll never know, but it's absolutely brilliant once Paul Hornung nearly sends Ditka flailing off the stage. I don't think they make roast bloopers any funnier than this.
