I’m pretty sure this is the dunk that gave Nate Robinson the edge over Dwight Howard in the Slam Dunk Competition at All-Star Weekend. I mean I thought Adrian Wilson and Joey Gathright were freaks of nature with their ridiculous verticle leaps. That was until I saw tiny 5′9″ Nate Robinson hurdle 6′11″ Dwight Howard. I don’t care, whine about the judging or the apparent ’setting up’ of the finish (bad judging, the planned out dunk, Nate’s wardrobe change, etc), this dunk was awesome. Screw you BJ (hater), this dunk is insane. The Slam Dunk Contest remains one of the best events of the year, and LeBron in 2010, whaaaaaat!

Shooting Stars: Let’s hear it for team Detroit! Got a little scared there when team Phoenix nailed their first 5 shooting stations in quick succession, but that half-court shot was the killer. What’d I tell ya about ol’ Billy Lambs? This is Detroit’s second shooting stars win, the first coming two years ago with the trio of Bill Laimbeer, Chauncey Billups, and Swin Cash.
